If you've never come across these guitars, they're some of my favorites out there! Check it out, complete with some BE-100 Deluxe goodness and a boatload of riffs.

I have played some great rock n roll relics. they make some great guitars. are you selling this guitar?

Sounds real good. Those are the kinds of tones I shoot for. The pickups and the way the amp is dialed in... it just works. And no wanking, just great riffs. That's the way to do it.

definitely sounds great.

The Pick ups are pretty close to each other.

sounds great through that amp... is that the BE channel your using in the beginning

Wasn’t this guitar up for sale for a while? Did you decide to hang on to it? Killer looking and sounding guitar.

Damn man, sounds great. Videos have been consistently killing it. Loving the Black Water Park

Thanks everybody! I actually just sold this guitar right after shooting this video because I think I'm going to do another Rock N Roll Relics build. Although now when I watch this video back, I'm thinking I made a bit of a mistake haha! I want to check out another RNRR model with a thicker/heavier body like the Heartbreaker with a tuneomatic. My main guitar for years has been a Les Paul Custom and it's the guitar I compare everything else to. I really like a physically heavier guitar. I just snagged this other rare LP in the meantime that is pretty awesome. But the way the Rock N Roll Relics plays is better than both of these Gibsons. I just like the heft of the Custom. Billy from Rock N Roll Relics seems like a great dude. Looking forward to putting together another build.

Thanks a bunch man! Having fun with them. It's always awesome when people know the deeper cuts.

I thought the same thing! I actually asked Billy from RNRR about it a while back. This was his response. "Main reason is to keep a solid piece for the neck joint for strength and tone. It seems to get a better tone in this position as well. Too close to the neck always sounds too muddy and loses its charm in my opinion."

Yep! That's just straight into the BE channel. Gain on 10. Pretty low output pickups though.
