Does Egnater repair RT2/50's? Specifically, would they have spare tube output boards on hand? Or (God forbid) would I have to go through Randall?

My guess is you would need to go through Randall/US music. I read your post on another forum so I am familiar with the situation. Is it possible to repair the amp without replacing the board? My RM50 had some current jump the traces on the power tube board and did some damage but I was able to remove the burnt trace and hard wire the connection. If that was the case with your amp, a decent tech should be able to make the fix for you. When I contacted US Music to buy another board for my Randall they didn't have any in stock. That was a year ago when they were still in production. That's what led me to just repair mine.

Thanks for the info . . . there is a place locally here in Phoenix that is an authorized service center for almost everything, and I may end up there in the end. Bruce told me to order a board from Randall, but I'm not too confident they'll have any if they didn't have any last year.

I'll venture inside the amp and try to fix it myself only as an absolute last resort :scared: . . .
