i don't know why but i have the sudden urge for a Diezel! so school me on them! whats the pros and cons of each? what tones to each excel at and what tones do they not excel at? and whats the tonal difference between the front loaded and rear loaded cabs? sorry if this has been covered before

and how much do they usually go for used?! because i just saw the price's and holy crap 4000+ for an amp!!!!

The Pros:
1. The best amp you will ever play, over any range of styles, at any setting, at any volume, with every guitar you have (except Squier Strats, but if you have one of those, you shouldn't be getting a Diezel).
2. The best service in the industry from perhaps the nicest people you will ever meet.
3. A reason to talk on this forum.
4. You will never have to buy another amp again (you still will, but you don't have to).

Cons:
1. Your girlfriend will be jealous of the time you are giving the amp.
2. Your wallet will hate you for a short time.

Here is a tour of the VH4 I sold. I ONLY sold it to get the VH4S, the stereo version. I'll just some up what I think real fast. Went into store for a step up, saw the Vh4, never played one. Tried it, walked out the store, and sold my Mesa Road Kind, Vetta II and a Line 6 combo.

here is a tour of the VH4

How to Afford/Purchase a Diezel:

1. Fifth of Crown Royal in the early afternoon while wife is at work.
2. Find credit card and call Uwe Salwender to locate possible stock.
3. Call dealer and place order.
4. Tell wife before sobering up so you have an excuse.
5. Figure everything else out later. Just like you did when you purchased that engagement ring many moons ago!

I know the Diezel shit is expensive, but cannot build it cheaper.

As Erick Shultz was selling Heroin to John Travolta "And when you shoot it you will see where all the money came from" :D Worth it in my opinion. But then again opinions are like......

Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I don't really have much knowledge with the import/export stuff. I have heard that the cost of say a Mesa Roadking or similiar product costs about the same to consumers in Europe as a Diezel or similiar product costs consumers in the U.S. ? I don't know if that's correct or not, however, if it is then I'd have to say that us Americans are getting the better deal as far as quality of tone for the dollar!

Yeah, the Roadster and Roadking are about the same as the VH-4 and Herbert over here. I guess the Mesas are cheaper in the US.
