I've shipped to Australia and EU before, but it's gotten crazy expensive these days. I recently shipped a guitar w/box from NY to TX that weighed 12lbs, but cost $120 in "dimensional weight". (44lbs). It was packed well, but nothing crazy.

Yeah nah, yeah, the Springboks.. The AB's true adversary. Some epic battles. I don't actually mind losing to the Boks, nor Ireland, Scotland, Wales. However I hope we have one thing in common (other than amps) and that is NOT losing to England. And BTW, the AB's WERE poisoned, and that try in the 2023 RWC final WAS legit. I know it, you know it, Francois Pienaar knows it.

I’ve bought an amp from the USA and would do it again for something not easily obtainable here. The Australian market seems to only have access to fairly mainstream equipment.

Shipping a well packaged amp head back in the early 2010’s cost around $400 from memory.

Most of the time it's because of scammers. I don't think anyone has issues shipping to well known aussie members.

Bingo. I have no problem with international shipping if the buyer pays for it. I’ve sent stuff to the UAE, Czech Republic, EU before. I just don’t want to get scammed.
