Shiva 20th problem :(

I rarely play this amp and upon noodling the last week, I turned it on last night and reverb doesnt work no more... Its not a 12ax7 as I have changed them over and over trouble shooting,,,,
I tried power tubes as??? JUST maybe.. NOPE!!!
OK soooooooo what the hell now. A 2000.00 amp that is rarely played with probs now. DAMMMIT!!!
Maybe a relay maybe who knows.. Guess Ill send to Bogner amd let them check.. Any input??
and yes i can disconnect the reverb wires and you can here the normal buzz if you touch the rca to the input like there is connectivity in the circuit so.. I am stumped.

charlie and I trouble shooted cords tube tank looks fine no sign of shorts etc.. Here we go on the 200.00 ship to bogner ordeal again pay for a repair or I can blow money trying to buy tank etc,, I have always had a problem with every bogner Ive kept longer than 2 weeks... Im done with purchasing their product.. 2 xtc relay probs etc... Screw it ..
 
That sucks man. I had a problem with the reverb on a shiva I had quite a while ago. Was intermittent and actually just went away at some point.
No warrantee? I am surprised Bogner doesn't stand behind his products better than that. For any top shelf amp you should be able to send it in for a free factory repair within a reasonable amount of time and they should cover the costs.
 
Why wouldn't you just have a good local tech fix the problem? It would probably cost you a LOT less than shipping it across the country - twice!
 
How's this coming along? I'm fence-sitting close to a fall on going for the 20th Sheevs... Not sure if I'm hitting the 'verb model or the naked.
