Shiva Loop cable

I just aquired a early version Bogner Shiva EL34 w/reverb 1x12 Combo. I need to know how to purchase the effects loop cable to use my MXR Carbon copy delay in the loop. Or maybe if there's other or better options to use the loop with pedals and not with rack gear.

I had Lava Cables make me one for pedals and one for rack gear and they both work great. They gonna cost about $120 ea.

You can take *any* guitar cable, add one or two resistors, and make it.
