Wow....

Seriulsy the SLO to me has like med to lo-high gain... MY 2 ENGL SE's have like 100x the gain of an SLO and so do most of my other tube amps... Also the SLO just did not do it for me tone wise on any level... I like the bogner uber better than the SLO and I dont even realy like the uber for the most partl...

Holy shit man! I've checked out an SLO yesterday and it had enough gain @ 2 out of 10 for anything I do. It was like equivalent to 11:30 o'clock gain on Rectos I've owned or my current amp, Roadster.

Maybe the SLO I treid at MAE music was not working properly.... DerekB bought it and got rid of it... I think he brought it back... ya could be somthing with the head it self that was not right...

Hey have you ever played the 3 channel Sol-Dildo "Dick-a-bone" head... ???

I had that amp and didn't dif it at all... it was not LOUD at all for a 100 watt head... I have head others say this about the "Dick-a-bone"
