What power source are you using for that Myasnikov? Great unit btw

How do you like the TS100? it is on a list ..in my head.

Ultimately, I think I'm really going to try to source an old Peavey stereo 120

The TS100 is on a short list of "bang for the buck" tube power amps for me. If I were going to go PV, I'd look for something in the "Classic" line. My personal favorite is the Classic 50/50 but they run a buttload of EL84's (I think 8 of them) so retubing might be a pain.

If/When I get around to putting the cab switcher into the rack, I plan on running the MP-1 and the Tubefex into it (one each side @ 50 watts) and then run the separate sides out to the cab switcher if I can make that happen. Won't be stereo but I could run the two preamps without having to do a bunch of rewiring. Still working on something for the Roland.

Yep.

The 120 is more my style. Not a huge fan of the el84s.

Need big glass.

Plus it is going to complement my Laney IRT120...so for WDW, perfect!

That S Duncan KTG2100 is an underrated power beast. I love mine and the previous owner was a smoker so it stinks but I don’t care because it’s so good.
It does sound huge, but I am always curious how it would sit next to a Freyette 2/90/2, or Mesa 2:90.

I modified this one with a depth control, so it gets pretty big sounding.

Man this thread reminds me I need to get a rack case... I've had an ADA MP-1 and Fryette 2/90/2 sitting unhoused in my closet for quite awhile now
