Sig-x footswitch

What does the Sig-x have for a footswitch and what are its capabilities? Can the Sig-x be switched via midi?
I really liked the Deliverance 120 I played but did not buy it as I needed an effects loop. The Sig-x appears to be similar to the Deliverance voicing and multi channel.

I know they offer (or will offer) a midi switching system for the sigx. Steve posted it in the long-assed sig thread on vhtusers.com Personally I think when you buy a new one you should get a choice of the footswitch or the midi converter box.

The foot swtich has clean, rhythm, and lead buttons plus a boost and effects button. It does something simular to the JVM in that it for each channel it remembers what you had on, so say on the lead you had the effects and boost on, the rhythm you had no boost or effects, and on the clean you just had effects on. When you hit the lead button coming from rhythm it will turn on your bosst and effects automatically and then say you co to the clean it will leave the effects on but turn off the boost. As far as midi... there is no midi built in the amp and Im not sure if somene like the people at Axxess or Amp Gizmo will make a cable that will control it.

cool. I missed that.

The footswitch is described in the manual on VHTusers.com

basically just a switch for each channel, the gain boost and the FX loop. Each channel remembers if the boost and loop were on the last time you were at that channel. So for example if you are on channel one with the loop on and you switch to channel 2 the loop will turn off unless you had to loop on the last time you were on channel 2.
