Yep!
Your amp will see the PS100 as a cabinet. The reactive load inside the Fryette is the first thing your amp sees. Everything in the PS100 after that is invisible to your amp. Just be sure to use the correct impedance.
If you're using the PS100 in parallel with a 16 ohm cab, set the PS100's amp input for 16 ohms and use the amp's 8 ohm out jacks.
If you're using the PS100 in parallel with an 8 ohm cab, set the PS100's amp input for 8 ohms and use the amp's 4 ohm out jacks.
