Is the best way just to complete the web form? If so what forms of payment are accepted? Any general idea on how long new orders are taking to get out? I sent a couple of e-mails but did not hear back so looking for some additional info.

Right now the last word I got was there are no more orders taken, money taken for deposits, etc..
Until Mark gets the next two or three CCV's out. I would say this is due to the fact that taking a long list of guys money would only add to the history of someone claiming Mark is out to get over on someone.
I know the guys that are currently in line to GET THEIRS NEXT ,and after that happens unless I find out otherwise there is no more getting on the list.
However waiting patiently in the wings and staying visible would be the smart move that way you or the next guy waiting can be found once the funds are needed for the next batch to be built and delivered .
And they are being built and delivered. If ya think about this, it makes perfect sense for mark to work at this pace , with this set up in tow.
This may grind on the impatient customer but leaves no more room for any legitmate bullshit to be talked and or even be believable. Hang in there......You may get a CCV yet. ;)
 
Stick around. They are are worth everyday of waiting. Mark could prorbqnly be selling these amps for $4500 but still kept costs very reasonable @ 2800 where others have taken serious advantage of our musical GAS where as other amp makers are breaking over 4000. I would gladly give that price.
