And I'm hooked. I even want to buy several of the sauces I see as I consider myself a big time foodie. So far, I've really liked Alton Brown, Conan O'Brien, Ariana Grande, and a few others. I couldn't watch all of Stone Cold and another 1 or 2, they were just so boring. However, I was only able to get through about 4 minutes of DJ Khaled. I can see why everyone makes fun of him and this episode. I've never paid attention to him because I don't like rap/hip hop really, and I just can stand his face. But damn, he is an extremely egotistical, self centered fat piece of shit and I have no idea how people like him get famous.

I've never tried it but I REALLY wanna try that Lil Dicks Pear something er other. It sounds really good. I kinda wanna delve into some scotch bonnet pepper sauce as that amount of heat sounds right up my alley.

I was at a hot sauce event a few years back....was a charity tasting event put on by our local law enforcement associations....

Anyway, I asked the experts what the hottest sauce they had....and they said it was da bomb...even though it didn't have the highest Scoville rating....it was the hottest....I can say first hand that it kicks way above its weight class....insane stuff.....one of my friends ( admittedly not a big hot sauce guy)....had to go home after having a drop of da bomb!

I can basically drink scotch bonnet sauces.....da bomb is about 10 times hotter imho.

The manufacturers say that Sean has been using it wrong the whole time. They intended it as a sauce to be added into a whole pot of chili or stew to add some heat, not as a sauce to pour directly onto wings or eggs or whatever else someone might put hot sauce on. It has pepper extracts, so it's very concentrated, which is why it's so ridiculously hot, even compared to sauces that use actual hot chilis in their recipes.

There's a cool video on YouTube where they sent off all the hot ones sauces to test the actual Scoville rating. Not surprisingly Da bomb was the only one who lived up to its rating of 136000. It tested at almost 170000. The bullshit pepper x sauce that claims 2.6 million came in at 60000. Lol! The only one hotter than Dabomb was Mad Dog 357, which they don't use anymore.
