that is the difference. one is the purist, short signal path amp, the other is the options galore and built in ISP decimator amp.

I figured it was kind of like the ENGL SE vs the Blackmore/Fireball thing....

Isn't it kind of like Tourmaster vs. Renegade? I see some similarities in concept between the two sets of amps....but maybe it's just me and my limited knowledge of the new high gainers.
