Up for sale is a Mesa Dual Rectifier Revision D. Only approximately 225 of these exist. This is a very early example at serial number 270. It may actually be the first one as I am unaware of any documented earlier than this and there are still rev Cs that were made after this (documented up to 279).

This one is loaded with EL34s and sounds great. Extremely tight red channel with a liquid orange channel. Original headshell and tolex. A couple tiny knicks on the tolex but nothing out of line for the age. The handle has a tiny bit of rust on the metal Covering. The diamond plate and chassis are in great shape.

This one went back to Mesa in July of 2023. Mike B did a health check and gave it the thumbs up. This one is a great piece. SOLD shipped (the actual amount I have into it).

Orange channel on the rev d, e, and f one of the best tones out there IMO. Mesas gotten close with the red rev f channel on the multi watt, but keep making the orange super honky over and over. GLWTS!

I have a C as well and the orange channel on this and my F 100% smoke the C one. I have not had an E but have to assume the orange is just as good as the adjacent revisions. To be honest the only reason I am moving this and some other items is a dream house came up for sale so I was hoping to make a play at it. If I could live in my amps I would though haha

How much did It sell for ?Just for future reference thanks wish it woulda been me
