Thicker sound than usual single coils, more for heavy rock, the Yngwie Malmsteen sound etc.. nice clarity as all Bare Knuckle pickups are. Both pickups measure around 15k and have 8 inches of wire. The bridge has the metal baseplate option which gives it a little more oomph than the standard bridge. No springs or screws included. Some slight oxidation on the poles here and there. Have a nice worn-in look.

I have a set of these in a Fender AVRI. The thing that surprised me the most is that they still sound like single coils. Every other Strat pickup I've tried that is wound as hot as these are has sounded more like, at least a P90 if not a bright mid-output humbucker. Not these... clear, sparkle, quack, it's all still there, just with considerably more oomph.
