Previous owner somehow snapped off the Master 2 pot's post. Was going to repair it myself but just haven't had the time. Pot still works and there's no damage inside or out to the rest of the amp (I opened it up to check), just a bit of wear to the tolex and handle. These are awesome sounding amps that were, unfortunately, overshadowed by their terrible marketing. The Plus series has a beastly power amp with some serious iron and 6550 power section.

Mostly just looking to trade for a Helix LT or a Stomp + cash, but I found an LT for a good price locally, so if anyone wants to buy it, I'd sell for $800 + shipping. Hell of an amp for that price.

You're likely not gonna find a 6550 power section for any less than double that with another brand. These are the best amps Krank made. Great cleans and can go from classic rock to high gain monster with a turn of the Sweep knob. I've often described these as being somewhat in the realm of the Mesa Mark series, but can also get that Recto bottom end if needed.

Just landed one of these last week. Killer amp! Someone jump on this quick!

800 shipped and paypaled? Or 800 plus S/PP?

I’ve always wanted to mod one of these
Ha! Good catch, I copy and pasted the text from another listing and changed it up a bit, guess I missed that. Was looking for $800 + shipping. I will happily eat the PP fee so the buyer is comfortable and doesn't have to send F&F like so many ask for now days.

These are super cool amps. The guts are very clean (I just switched phones, so if I can find the gut shots I took, I'll gladly post them). I imagine they'd be great for modding.

I just shipped an amp from AZ a few years ago and to do it right cost me close to $400 so I’m not interested. I’ll try to keep an eye out for one more local, but good luck with the sale!

Free bump

$400?? In the US?? I have never paid more than $100 to ship an amp across the country and just sent one to Hawaii a few months ago for less than $80. I don't even think a 4x12 would cost that much to the East Coast. I haven't even paid anywhere close to that to ship an amp to Europe, Australia or South Africa

Double boxed, outter box wrapped in bubble wrap, oversized charge, and it was 65 lbs fully insured. Like I said to do it right.

I'm not sure I agree that shipping anything oversized is a good idea. Have had many friends and family members who have worked at FedEx, UPS and USPS. The bigger the box is, the rougher it gets treated, because it's harder to move. You need all that padding in that instance because they would destroy it, otherwise.

Regardless, double boxing can be done within those sizing constraints for a lot less than $400, but it's also completely unnecessary. I've shipped at least 300 packages containing guitars and amps since 2007. I initially double boxed as I'd heard that it was necessary, but once I started shipping internationally and it just wasn't possible with size restrictions, I stopped because all I was doing was throwing away money. It's simply not possible to ship at a reasonable price internationally like that (and they're going WAY further than they would domestically, and treated far more harshly) and in those 300 packages shipped, never once has a single item I've sent been damaged.

Totally understand wanting to over pack, but I'm not sure going to that extreme is the "right" way, considering the vast majority of manufacturers also don't even consider it necessary ?‍♂️

Several interested parties, but no one's pulled the trigger yet. Bump!
