2010 2203x modded by Dan Gower. This amp has the Rockmonster mod with added depth knob on back and Sneep Sweep knob on front. If ever there will be a regret, this one will likely sting the most, but I grabbed a Wizard last week so thinning the herd.
Plugged straight in absolutely no boost needed, this amp is tighter than anything I've ever owned regardless of amp or whether talking boosted or not. A twist of the Sneap Sweep knob takes the amp from thick/big/full/tight Marshall roar to ultra tight/focused Marshall grind. There is more gain available than almost any other amp I've owned and it stays useable all the way through, but it also handles low gain rock n rolla very well.
Few small dings in the tolex and a couple small indents on the faceplate next to the power switch but nothing major, otherwise the amp is in excellent condition. The preamp tube Dan added wiggles a little in the socket when you take the spring loaded shield cover off. I looked it over and it's just the way the pin receptacles are in the socket he used. I've had this on several other amps I've owned and it has no bearing on function at all that I can tell...just want full disclosure.
