Looks very similar to my Guptech Guul noise gate, which is a great product for the money.
So here is a "Somebody should be very happy with this gate" bump. (y)

This is the Gate that came after the Guul. It was explained to me by someone at Gup Tech that this is a Better Version of the Guul....But i have no idea because i've never tried the Guul.
 
Mine surprised me when I got it, just like the Digitech Bad Monkey. An affordable pedal that actually does what it claims to do, very well, and exceeded my expectations. Mine does not mess with my delays / reverbs, and is a great circuit.

I "heard" that it was a clone of something that Fortin put out.....but not sure.

Yeah....They did mention that some of their Pedals are Clones of pedals they feel are too expensive.
