When I fix an ad's title according to rule #15 I enable the "send notification" feature and enter a short message to let the member know I've done this, the aim being to alert him or her to the rule breach, something he or she might otherwise miss if the relevant ad is never viewed again.

This is the first I've heard that it's not going through so I'll talk to admin and see if there's a way to verify that the feature is working 100%. That said, I've fixed probably 4-500 ads, sent notifications for all of them and as I said, this is the first I've heard of it. Thank you.

Anywho, rule #15 requires you to update an ad's status by appending / prepending it to the existing title as opposed to wiping it and simply writing "sold", "gone", "delete" or whatever. There's been a bunch lately where you've not done this, hence my increasing "impatience" that you appeared to be ignoring the heads-ups left in the OP's of all of them. If you go back and look at your ads you'll see 'em.

I'm not in the habit of bumping ads unnecessarily so of course this was all about making sure you were up-to-speed.

#15 can go bad for you if:
Monkey decides to throw shit at you. (know as the munkey shit slap)
OR
Comes to your house and picks fleas out of yer pubic mound.

Just letting you know that I've forwarded the relevant details to admin mate; will update you if I learn anything.
 
OK, admin has now tested the feature and whaddayaknow...

You should have received multiple notifications for the many ads I fixed for you. Do you check your notifications?

We're not talking email here.

For good measure I checked the "Receive a notification when someone…" options members have in their account settings and there's no option to turn off notifications from mods, so you should 100% have received all of them.
 
I can not find where the notifications are. I looked in conversations, alerts, and the lightning bolt icon.

Yeah, they should be in the list brought up by the bell icon top-right.

If you don't see them there (this list is kept short), click the "show all" link at the bottom of it.
