It's definitely a unique amp. The overall sound, to me, is early Recto, but with a better feel and possibly more gain than I've encountered in any other amp. Channel 1 is fairly tight and intended for rhythm, while 2 is fat and smooth, almost bordering on Mark territory. The Ola demo video is probably the most accurate representation I've seen.
In the end, it just didn't offer anything I couldn't get from my other amps, so I decided to move it along. In terms of "heaviness for the money," though, it's tough to beat, especially for a USA-made unit.
