Helping a buddy sell this amp.

Splawn Super Comp 50w in red tolex with some cool gold accents with the piping, handle hardware, grilles on top and back. Sick. Comes with the power cable, footswitch and the footswitch cable. It's in great condition and sounds absolutely massive. This is the single channel version of the Splawn Nitro. This amp will get you in trouble FAST :-D.

Local pickup near Basking Ridge NJ or in the Pottstown/Phoenixville PA area. Not looking to ship, UPS/Fedex have been absolute nightmares to ship guitars and amps through over the past year.

I thought these were the single channel versions of the Quickrod?
the control layout on this looks like a quick rod , gears , no Resonance control new/Old

It's confusing, AFAIK the "Competition" is the single channel version of the Quickrod. The "Super Competition" or "Super Comp" is the single channel version of the Nitro. Why give them partially the same name and not something like "Nitro Jr." or "Quickrod Jr."? Beats me.

I don't think the Nitro has gears you may want to check with Scott, I'm pretty sure this is some version of a Quickrod
 
hmmm, the 2023 Supercomp nitro does have gears (if that's the right picture associated with it) and it has the new/old mid switch
Now I'm confused LOL!
 
here's the front of my Super Comp ...... not sure of the year it was made .... but its running four 6550's in the power section

For the last time. This was ordered 3/9/21 as a Splawn Super Comp 50. You can have any of those switches on any of his amps if you ask nicely enough.
