Yes. pick guard is included. Factory pick-up (498T) is included (as stated above) and it is uncovered. I purchased this guitar brand new as a chrome/black version. Thus hardware was chrome and original pick-ups uncovered. The neck pick-up in the picture is the stock pick-up (490R).

The only changes to this guitar are noted in my first post....non-original tuners and non-original bridge pick-up. I should have stated the pick-guard was removed, but it is include in the sale. All original parts are included.

bathroom scale weight - approximately 9.25 pounds.
