It probably doesn't matter much but I believe that is a 2010.

serial #is qr110114 which to my understanding is a 2011
 
The first actual number specifies the wattage. Yours is a 1 meaning 100 watts. The year is the 4th and 5th digit.

Just trying to help because I know how much shipping an amp costs and for someone to want a refund because of the incorrect year would really suck.

First and second digits are the model.
3rd is the wattage.
4th and 5th digits are the year made and the remaining are the number of amps produced at that time.

For instance if your serial number is QR109996 this would be a Quick Rod 100 watt built in 2009 and was the 996th amp built.

so it appears to be a 2010, edited the original ad
