Soldano SL60 - Anyone got experience?

Have the chance to pick one of those up for cheap, I see it as an affordable entry ticket into the Soldano Club.

But is it the real deal? Anyone ever owned one?

What's with the Hi/Lo inputs, can they be used to make the amp a "kind of" channel switcher?
 
I believe nuno used one on III sides to every story, along with a fender of some sort. There are some cool tones on that record. Ive never seen or played one though...

That probably didnt help!
 
I think the hot rod 50 replaced that model if that helps you any. I'm sure the volume difference between the hi/lo inputs is too great to make it a channel switching amp.
