some new metal - PowerTribe - Up With the Sword!!

New PowerTribe CD “Up With the Sword“ is out today - available on all streaming platforms and on cd. Really happy with this, it was mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen (Arch Enemy, Amaranthe, Delain). Drums were recorded at Riott House Studios by Barry Pointer (John 5) - same building as Friedman amps. I used my typical stuff, ESP EC-256, Boss SD-1, Peavey 6505 Mini for rhythms and Blankenship plexi for leads, hope you dig it!!

Had it going on repeat this afternoon while I was working. Really good stuff. The music is awesome, love your playing. The production was great, full sounding, great tone. The solos were great, have good melodic phrases to them.

Slick production .. be honest, you drum replacing or what!? I might be imagining things but your mixes are getting clearer and your lead playing fluid as usual. I heard a bit of Adrian Smith in there this time..
