Finally, I ordered a Diezel VH4 today!!!
The swedish distributor couldn't give any info on how long the delivery time would be though... Hurry up Peter
I tried a VH4 last week and compared it to a 5150 and a triple rectifier. All through a 4*12 with v30:s.
It was as good as I had imagined it to be! Relly cool that there was a real noticeable difference between ch3 and ch4, where ch4 felt a real lead channel, the sustain was awesome - it almost felt like I had engaged a compressor on long sustained notes. Ch3 felt better for rythm though - a little less round.
The 5150 in comparasion has a lot of ugly frequencys that really stands out and the EQ cant tame them.
The rectifier sounded a bit more evil (ch3 modern) with more sizzle in the top frequencies, but not as defined in the midrange as the VH4, the VH4 had more bite.
