I wondering if that is expensive. I have been finding the mid-cut veru sueful in certain applications with the cleans and the dirties.

Get an MXR 10band EQ & run it in front of your amp. All the midcut you need & more! It's very clean, hands down the best 100$ I've ever spent on equipment.

I really wouldn't touch the VH4, it's perfect the way it is.

Agree plus Peter said in another thread that actual Herbert mid cut can't be applied to the VH4. The guy on the video had some other kind of mod done that is somewhat of a mid cut thingy.

well i use a 21band EQ on CH3 with channel insert!and it does a great job for me,especially at low volumes make a huge difference.try it Sean!
