I used this pedal in the interim between my Shiva and my new Mod50. Ran the crunchbox into a Fender amp set clean, and got some very satisfying heavy overdrive tones. In my opinion, the CB just slays a boss DS1 any day of the week.

I don't know Nick. I thought it sounded really good, but the CB has some serious bite. Your right it's a good price.

With that Suhr Riot distortion around the corner I would almost have to check that one first before I bought any other distortion pedal.
