and to anyone else interested, here is the info i gave pfindeis on the amp if you're interested

its got a few issues:

I believe the tubes could be bad - if played at high volume I start to get a high pitched hum after a few minutes which goes away briefly if i hit the top of the combo. I also tried the pre-amp tube "pencil tap test" and it definitely made some noise when I did so.

The guy I bought it from said it may need a new speaker but I don't know.

Also, the chassis is kinda loose within the combo cabinet, but I guess that's probably an easy fix.

I don't know if the amp has any serious problems, or if its just in need of retubing and biasing.
