Speaker Impedance Mismatch? Help!!!

I got a great deal on a new Celestion G12K-100, 16 ohms. Unfortunately, I didn't real the description closely enough to realize it was 16 ohms when I bought it! My question is I have a cab loaded with 8 ohm speakers. Is it safe to use the 16ohm speaker with the 3 other 8 ohm ones? I would think so, since the impedance is higher, making it a safe mismatch, but I'd like a second opinion.

It´s safe, but the speaker will be quieter.
