Not many of these mods were done. It has an overdrive 1 & 2 mode (footswitchable), the latter of which is higher gain, more saturated and a solo boost (volume boost basically) that is also foot switchable. This mod seems to keep more of the core vintage, organic Marshall DNA in its sound than many other popular modded Marshall’s I’ve had, but adds on top of it that extra gain and chunk with that Splawn flavor, but not quacky imo like I hear on his actually amps I’ve played (just my opinion of course). The amp was hardwired to 16ohms as part of the mod, but my tech says it can be changed if desired

Of the 858483 Marshall-y amps I've gone through in the past couple decades, the early splawn modded ones were easily amongst the best
 
Do you have a video of it, I have no idea what these sound like?
