Steve Stevens using splawn on the new Billy Idol Album!

Steve's been in LA recording a new Idol album in a studio that Scott happened to have sold a Quick Rod

Steve plugged into it, loved it and is now using it on alotta new Idol tracks! Steve now wants to own one himself

This is great new for Scott and company...Stevens is a great player who's always had a great feel for style and sound and is well respected in the guitar community!

I was watching 'where are they now' or whatever it was on VH1 the other night and I saw that Stephen Pearcy's guitarist was using a Splawn

when the splawn convention was comming up last year I tried to bring it up..'um, yeah...I kinda got invited somewhere for a day or two'..and she's like 'lemme guess..something to do with your stupid splawn friends' or something to that effect...LOL
