Stuck at home with a messed up calf muscle from running the Warrior Dash in Va Saturday. The Fed X truck just happens to be delivering my new Strymon Flint pedal sometime today :D And UPS some new 20' cables so I can run the Flint into my Bogner Loop from my pedal board.

I have 2 new 10" 60 tooth table saw blades coming in the next day or 2 so I might go all out and build a new pedal board. I have some Cabinet grade 1/2" Ply left over from a custom built in last week that would work great. Time to break out the kreg pocket joint and Festool Domino

I think the next 2 pedals will be the El Capistan and OB-1 for the rack :)

It showed up as I clicked "Submit" and posted this topic   Before 9am win/win

Great natural sounding little box. Im amazed at how natural the reverb is. Never liked digital reverb but this is awesome. Im been playing between 70's and 80's, The decay and mix knobs actually do what I think they should. Surprised it didn't come with any kind of manual just a sticker and bill of sale.

Only tried the Trem for a few minutes but I can see I will have to learn some Hollies, CCR and more Floyd songs

Now I am excited to get a few more Strymon pedals

That sounds like a killer rig man! Not to hijack but if you dug the Warrior Dash, you should look into the Spartan Race. I'm training for that right now.

The Capistan is on my hit list big time and I was planning to use the verb' on that but the Flint looks wicked cool too.

The Strymon stuff sounds fantastic. Love my El Cap! Only downside is that it's not really stellar for live use, unless you resort to just a couple sounds. I keep looking at the Flashback X4 for the savable presets and looper. For sound quality though, the El Cap beats out most of what I've heard.

Anyway, enjoy the NPD!

Thanks. Yeah the Flint really works well in the 20th Xtc loop.

As far as the Races I am just going to keep running every other day and the Gym on the off days. Th Warrior Dash wasn't really hard, Thought it would be much more exhausting.

I don't play out anymore :) My thought is OB-1, El Cap, Mobius, GE-7, TS808, Wah and TW-1 in front and Time Line and Flint in Loop. That leave me 2 loops on my RG-16v2 My Master Mind GT can control the midi of the Mobius and Timeline.

Went 40" wide x 21-1/2" deep x2-1/2" tall. Half inch cabinet grade plywood put together with titebond glue and Kreg pocket joints. Skeleton frame underneath to prevent any sag. Waiting on a 10m 2.1mm adapter cable for the Flint so I can run power from the rack to the pedal. The Master Mind GT doesn't have more than 100ma total and powers the Pitch Black Tuner. All the Pedals are attached through the bottom with screws in the original holes.

Trim it out man!
Funny I take my time and do great work for others….

Tell me about it. You know how much I've done for my own house with the wood shop? MmmHmmm... none. That's about to change though... it needs to.

I'm redoing a room. Had cedar paneling and tore it all down. Refinished the drywall, Primered, painted and getting ready to put up crown moulding, new base and new window/door casing.

You should cover the board in some of that carpet... Now that would kick ass!!
Looks clean though man

I am really impressed with this Strymon pedal. It amazes me how great it sounds. I have a $400 gift visa card coming in the mail from Verizon, was wondering what I might spend it on…..I know now it will be another Strymon pedal :D
