Hi guys

I've got a stupid question.

I will programm a MUTE in the 00... BUT, (I know is stupid), is there any way to program the mute itselft... and not the mute applied to a channel ??

mean, when I program the mute, I'm in a channel, for example 01, press mute, and them program it... so when I'm playin in program 02 (for example.. channel 3), and them want a mute, press 00, and it goes to channel 1 with mute (the leds on would be channel 1 + mute...), is there any way to do it and have NO channel led on ??? ... (as I say, is stupid, but just to know).

Just that.. ;)

Not because the MIDI Controller sends only program changes and on the Diezel it must be programmed to a channel.
Personally I always have my 1st program on the controller as a mute and on channel 1.

Thanks for the answer ;)...

Yes, that is what I have at this moment... programm 00 on columbus, channel 1 mute... absolutely great this option.

I asked this cause when I received my columbus, there was some stores already made (their testing I guess)... and on programm 03 there was a full mute option that even turned all the leds off :P ... (maybe was part of the midi problem I had ). :doh2:
