Just wanted to write a quick note to say thanks to the folks at Suhr. I recently sent my OD100SE+ (which I bought used) back in for some repairs, circuit updates, etc. The service was excellent and Chris was awesome to work with. Suhr has a "do the right thing" approach and it was truly refreshing. This was by far and away the best customer service I have ever received!

This IS the reason I ordered a Suhr without ever putting my hands on one. I've read countless times they will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer, very rare thing these days. Keep it up :thumbsup:
 
I totally agree. I have taken my amp there a couple of times. Chris is a really cool and patient guy. I had a speaker question once and John invited me over to test out the speaker cabs they had there. There response to e-mails is outstanding. Great customer service regardless of your rockstar status. :thumbsup:
 
This is also the reason Ive ordered a Suhr without even playing one, the quality is unparalleled. Thank you guys for making an incredible instrument!

I had a truss rod issue so I emailed Ed. His first response was that he was sending me a Call Tag for UPS and they picked up shipping both ways. Got the issue fixed and the guitar was sent back to me quickly. This was also done right when they got back from NAMM so I know they were stupid busy. They're the best in CS.
