T/T question

I had one which I sent in for Jeff to convert to a T/D. I didn't find much difference between the two channels, cranking the gain on channel B didn't really add any breakup - just louder and more punch. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I recall.

Now I think I would like to have two T/D modules to be able to set up the eq a bit different on each. I love the bass boost on 1 with a strat and just zero'd for humbuckers (and two different deluxe gain settings would be nice too) - gotta get that second M4...

I have both the Twin dual and the DLX dual. i've also owned the T/D, D/V, etc.

Personally, I think the dual Twin and dual DLX modules are the best of the bunch. The clean tones that come from the dual Twin are staggeringly good! You can get the B Channel of the Twin to get "just a bit of grit" on it with the gain turned all the way up...but man does it take a tube screamer type pedal (or sparkle drive) or a BB preamp REALLY well!! The DLX is killer too! Not as high of a headroom, but man does it have this cool "country" chicken pickin type tone for sure!

Eric,

Do you know how the current D/D module stacks up against the original Deluxe Dual module?
Is it the same thing?
On the IndoorStorm videos he demos dual version of both Twin and Deluxe modules.

More importantly, is the D/D module similar in tone to spiraless's Deluxe he's using in these videos:
If the D/D A side can get those cleans, I'm sold that the D/D is the way to go rather than T/D and the T/T module can be pushed further down the line.

thanks

I personally think it can get pretty close. I've got both the DLX and Twin modules, and I love them. Not sure how the DD stacks up to the DLX, but I think they are the same module, just a new naming convention.

I don't have much experience with fenders, but im guessing the T/T would be better for Hendrix/SRV type stuff? Thanks
