Ted Greene's Chord Chemistry

I just picked up the guitar again for the first time since late August, and it felt so refreshing to play again. I ordered Chord Chemistry to help me with more chord concepts as a supplement to SOS. Has anyone had experience w/ Chord Chemistry? If so, can you suggest the best method of going about using the book?
 
anything from Green is awesome as far as I'm concerned. Guitar world lost a legend.
 
What i do is when i'm stuck in a rut and want a new voicing for a particuliar chord, lets say Amin7, ill open up to the pages with the Am7's and learn some new voicings. For me the book is easy as that!
