Jim root tele…put a Roxy in the bridge but should I swap the stock neck pickup out for another or install another pickguard with a single coil? My favorite pickup combo is hb bridge and sc neck… I have the pups and pickguard so……what say you rig-caulk? This is the squire version btw….

I've got a Lollar Special T in one and a Lollar J Street in another. The J Street is pretty hot, nearly P90 sound. I'm loading a set of Mojotone Quiet Col Broadcasters into the purple one this week to see how that goes with some noise reduction. That's bridge stuff. For neck spot - I've got a TV Jones Starwood in the neck that's awesome you would dig with the Roxy. I actually have a second Starwood I pulled out to install the Mojo's if interested? $90 shipped to you if interested....besides killer sound they look badass installed too :-)

My replacement sc is a Strat one so I will have to dremmel the pickguard but that’s fine…
 
Filtertron or mini-humbucker. So you get that singe coil vibe, yet its something different.
