Once again.....Poppa Peter has made me feel 100% "Warm and fuzzy" about Diezel!
I bought a brand new Herbert from a store (New old stock) and got a great deal on it about 2 weeks ago.
Amp got to my house.....perfect.
But one of the tube "fuses" was broken. How in the world that happened is beyond me since they are buried in the amp.

Anyhow.....since the fuses are spring loaded and the one was broken. When I went to take it out....it didnt 'pop' out. So I was messing with it for a while and kept turning the plastic screw thus....I stripped that out trying to get out the broken fuse. Managed to get it out but had stripped out the plastic screw.
Put the new fuse in......BAM. Perfecto!

So I had this new Herbert....with the stripped part. I asked Poppa if I could purchase one of the parts from his company.

Not only did he write me back personally.....they shipped it to me for FREE!!
Arrived in the mail today from Germany.

Thank you for your great product and support Peter.
It means a great deal that you go out of the way like this.
Diezel FOREVER!!

Had some correspondence with Peter as well. Just asking a few questions about my Herbert. He answered them very quickly and was really helpful. Guys like him and Mike Fortin are the only people I will buy from again.

For me...every weekend...some Vodka!

Nice and relaxing......and it makes me a better player!

It used to be Sake.....I lived in Japan for 10 years....

hard to come by here in the USA though......
they have it....but PRICEY!$$$
