I am new here, and just wanted to take the time to say a big thank you to Rig Talk and all of its helpful members!
I joined as I have an issue with my Blackstar HT5M, the volume keeps slowly going down to nothing. I posted on 3 other well known forums and hardly got a response, whereas here there are two pages of responses, I have been given solid advice what to try, what could be the issue potentially in the worst case scenario, and members have been extremely friendly.
One is even helping me out on finding a new rig to improve upon my crappy amp- I never even realised my amp wasn't a real tube amp, I assumed where it had a preamp valve and a power valve it was, but it is mostly solid state!
I really do hope I get the issue sorted as money is very tight at the moment, but I couldn't have asked for a better forum for help and friendly members, not looking down on me where I do not know much about amplifiers or amplification.
I will definitely be sticking around, and want to say, thank you again from the bottom of my heart!
