Got the Duke 36. Bases of the SIR#36. I love the look. Won't be able to play it as we had a 100 year ice storm and have not had power for week. Who knows when it's back on

We're gonna need some clips when you get the juice back on.

Interesting! I've never seen an amp have those kind of transformers in the back. Congrats on the NAD.

Never trust an amp you can’t run multiple cabs from
That is certainly a weird way to set up the amp. As I run everything through a PS2a it wouldn't be a fail as the Fryette handles the cabs but weird all the same.

Congrats!

Curious though and I mean no offense but what connects this to 36 other than “modded marshall”? I ask as someone who spend a fair amount of time in 1987 chasing 36 around trying to play it.

It's built off the schematics of #36. Your right it's a modified Marshall

Fired it up at the office. Running it into a 1x12 loaded with a classic lead 80. I'm really impressed with it. Mid shift is great and the 3 gain to 4 gain switch is very good. Set at noon on the knobs and I played it for an hour. Well with the money and killer modified Marshall tone. Clips tomorrow
