funny you mentioned that ..... I've been looking for this SWR Head that I tried out in GC literally 20 years ago ..... it had really decent built in effects .... looked like a rack unit ... I can't for the life of me remember what it was called .... but I'm 99% sure it was a SWR ...

I've been looking at the Mesa Subway's too
Dude get one of those old pv heads. The dude from faith no more and typonegative plus tons of other dudes in the 90’s and 2000’s rocked them. They are fucking awesome, bulletproof and cheap as fuck. I just can’t remember the model….

Here it is-

That dude was a member here. Great guy. Wished he still posted here. Can’t remember his name…. Really talented dude….

Have you made a decision ?
So ,,, what pedal is it going to be ?
And who won ?
liked some of the ideas ... didn't commit to any of them though .... I guess keep throwing ideas at the wall .... something always makes sense for me to do sooner or later .....

so I guess I'm extending the deadline for the little give away till an idea fits

I can find over 20 schematics of VFE stuff ..... those two pedals aren't one of them ...
What about the original vfe focus?

It's IMO a better standout because you can set the lows/hpf to roll-off steeply, and the highs to slope shallow, which to my ears always sounds better even if you use little filtering anyways. Having the mix control is great for these.

You reached the pinnacle of awesomeness with the VBF Deluxe. Everything else is uncivilized.

The Focus I could do ........ matter fact ... that's a really good one i think . We might have a winner .... I'll have to check things over in the morning to make sure there isn't any " impossible to find " parts involved

How about a BB style on ch1 and ocd style on Ch2.

This way you can go from 50s and 60s blues to 70 and 80s rock all with one box

A sublime pallet of tonal emanations .....
It's true. The ultimate boots for a clean Fender amp, just like you said. It works great with a dirty Fender too, you gotta keep a tight grip on the gain reins like a team of Clydesdales. My son's boss is a fusion-metal sort of guy and checked it out today through a 6150 and loved it. If you wind up making an SC version I'll probably have to buy it at some point as a backup once I got a few bucks on hand. It's too good to not have a second as backup.
