The one Priceless thing you get with Diezel amp ownership

There is one absolutely priceless thing you get when you buy a Diezel amp.

And that one thing is Mr. Peter Diezel himself!

No other place I can think of allows me to talk to THE owner of a company, designer, engineer, what have you...and get immediate response to issues, regardless of what they may be.


Regardless of whether or not you like his products, the service and support that come with ownership of any of these amplifiers is top notch and almost carefree.

I'd just like to take a moment to say Thank You Peter, for always being there when I have a question, or an issue, whether it's here on the forums, or through email communication.

You've made this experience of owning a Diezel amplifier a very good and rare one.

+1 on the opener of this thread.

I had a normal question/problem some time ago and wrote peter an email on saturday evening.
He responded on sunday (!!!) morning. Which owner of a company does this for his/her customers?

That's something I genuinely appreciate from Peter Diezel (and Peter Stapfer too). You know you've got a quality instrument that's made to last when the owners are so dedicated and helpful :thumbsup:.
 
When it comes to customer relations, service, advice, and EVERYTHING ELSE, nobody does it better then Peter and Peter. :thumbsup: :rock: :yes:

For me there is no reason why I should buy an amp or cabinet from another company.
 
I agree, Peter is invaluable. I also want to mention a guy that stands behind his products as Peter does. Mr. Tim Mills from Bare Knuckle Pickups... Those are the 2 guys with the best customer service I know of! :thumbsup: Congrats to both

Never takes more than a hour or two for a response, 7 days a week 24 hrs a day!

I don't usually chime in on the forums, but would like to give a heart felt THANKS to Peter. I bought my first Herbert in 2005, and emailed Peter a question about the midi. He responded immediately, I couldn't believe it... No other music manufacturer has gone that extra mile for me, whether it was cables, tubes, guitars or amps.

Peter, I just want to thank you for your quality products and top-notch customer service. I'm sure I speak for most people on here when I say that your amps have pushed me further as a musician. I enjoy spending hours playing around with my gear and finding new tones. Thank you!
