I dunno, I'm still kinda pissed off about Mass not passing vehicles because they are too rusty. Stuff that screws poor people over really pisses me off since I am pretty cash poor most of the time and get set back by big expenses. Not that I ain't thankful mind you.

That’s been a law for quite a while though. Biden didn’t have anything to do with it. We also have to pay an excise tax on vehicles.
