Got my Randall XTC module back from Jeff Hilligan doing his Snorkeler mod to it. I have to say, it's a huge improvement on the stock XTC. It's a more open, but still thick XTC. It definitely still has that smooth Bogner feel to it though. Plenty of gain, much tighter low end feel to it, GREAT mids, and no more ice-pick high end. It actually pairs really well with the EG5 when double tracked L/R. It's also a great lead module, but be careful. It won;t hide your mistakes. 
Definitely worth it, especially considering that an XTC can be had for not too much dough, and the mod is incredibly reasonably priced.
