Think I might be getting royally screwed over.

I paid for a Sound Clinic Climax preamp on Feb 20.

I was suspicious of his bad feedback. My gut said to run away, but:

we exchanged like 10 emails.
The item is so obscure, it's not an ideal scam item
I needed the item
It was a really good price (not "too good to be true")




so, it's still not here, and he won't respond to my emails.

I just looked at his feedback... did you contact the guy who said he ripped him off for $1050?!?

I would have used an escrow service with that kind of feedback...

also. I tried to contact the guy who said he got ripped off. nothing.

The seller explained himself, and it sounded like a disgruntled buyer with a malfunctioning amp. not like it didn't show up.

I can't wait. I've always been under the impression this was like a holy grail.
