I have finalized this:
alexjaguar2.jpg

It is a three channel amp, 6 ECCs, serial/parallel loop, 100 Watts, VH4 power tranny, Custom output tranny, former Einstein proto chassis, individual eqs and some voicing switches.

The frontplate (black) will be manufactured soon. The grille is black . . .

It is the same circuitry as in Alex Flouros' Duesentrieb "Jaguar" amp, which also made from former Diezel parts. Thanks to Peter for the old chassis, the headshell, the PT, OT, Choke, most of the tubes and esp. this time the new loop he created for me !!!!

Here's the running amp with just two toobes:

Hey Prof,

no more support, because it looks like serious competition.

:gethim: :gethim: :gethim:

Would like to hear it soon !

It sounds like the (black, Herbert chassis) amp I've sent to Alex last year - which you've liked (a lot) :D

Klar, ich komme nach der Messe vorbei.

Thanks Stephen. It has the first two channels from "Alizee" plus a high gain channel. Same loop too - and pink LEDs :D

What kind of Output Transformer do you have in it? Drake/Dagnalls Marshall style? Also what type of Tonestack and placement of the stack? Tweed Fender/Marshall, Later Blackface Fender, or a Baxendall stack? --It's a nice build.

If you keep this up Olaf you might have to ship one of those to Tennessee :D how much would one of those guys set a brother back? Work looks fantastic!

peace

The OT was custom wound by Dagnall for Peter - for tests and stuff. He didn't need it anymore, so he gave it to me.

Clean tonestack is 56k/250pF/22nF/22nF - one gainstage + separate CF, add. switch to go from Hifi-clean to "warm" clean
Crunch tonestack is 39k/500pF/22nF/22nF - three stages shared CF, decoupled from lead
Lead tonestack is 47k/500pF/22nF/22nF - four gainstages shared CF, decoupled from crunch

Indeed he's an excellent builder I testify this myself
And he also has a great taste on tone.
