My EXTREME brokeness can be attributed to these 3 reasons:

Entire 1st and 2nd floor addition/renovation of my house
Purchase of a 2nd home (to rent it out) in SC
&

I missed the investment prop in SC, now that is outstanding!!!!!!

The wife and I have been batting that idea around now for about a year.
 
The Anderson and Baker look awesome! As does the little one. :thumbsup:
