How does the CCV compare the Herbert? Different amps...but I've been getting some input from people and would like to hear what you have to say.

Well, it has more usable gain than the Herbie and certainly has a more usable clean channel. I haven't been through the tweaks yet to get dialed in. Leads on the Herbie (to me) seem to get lost in the mix. One thing I find about the Cameron is no matter how much gain you throw at and just saturate the shit out of it, leads will always punch through.
For me, it would be Cameron over Herbie - no contest. And, that says alot because the Herbert is a damn fine amplifier from an even finer person...

I didn't really didn't care a lot for the 30's and 80's. The Black Labels in the 212 kick ass. I had one cab left...the Diezel 412 with the front loaded K100's. Well hell, the Cameron sounded awesome as hell through the 100's. Tight, punchy and responsive. Pulled them out of the Diezel cab and loaded them in the 412 Mills cab. Together with the 212 and BL's, this is my choice for the Cameron.
