TOL100 repair....brand and values pots needed

Hi,

Just bought a second TOL100. During transport the shafts of a few ports on the frontpanel are bend.

I have that repaired.

What I would like to know :

• What brand the pots are and where to get them.

• What are the values (also log/lin) of the following pots:
  Master 1
  Gain 2
  Middle channel 2
  Preseince channel 2
  Master 2
  Gain 4
  Treble channel 4
